Public tenders meet Right to Win: Doffin joins Entriva's market signals

Doffin is the first public procurement source. Entriva prioritises tenders that fit each firm's Right to Win profile—not every notice.

From more notices to better priorities

Doffin, Norway's public procurement notice database, has been added as a source in Entriva's market monitoring. A tender notice may be useful intelligence, but a long list of notices does not tell a law firm which opportunities are worth pursuing.

Right to Win is the filter

Entriva's approach connects a tender with the firm's relevant expertise, documented experience, market position and other available evidence. The aim is to bring forward opportunities where the firm appears well placed to compete, rather than displaying every notice. This is a prioritisation hypothesis, not a prediction of who will win.

One source at a time

Doffin is the first source in this procurement-monitoring rollout. Additional public tender services are planned, and will be added and checked individually. Sources not yet connected are not presented as active.

What happens after a match?

A matching notice is a starting point for human assessment. The law firm still reviews the competition documents, eligibility requirements, resources, deadlines, conflicts and commercial attractiveness before deciding whether to bid.

Product status: Pilot. Doffin is included in market monitoring; firm-specific Right to Win screening is being introduced and checked. A signal or screening result is not a guarantee of eligibility, buyer intent, an available legal mandate or a successful tender.
